Program Support
Are you looking for someone to provide remote or field-based program support?
Are you you looking for someone who can go to the field to support a specific program activity such as work planning, grant implementation, start-up or close-out?
Is a team member from your home office vacating a role for an extended period of time, leaving you in need of interim program monitoring and support?
Kathryn has experience providing both remote-based and field-based program support. She is able to travel to your projects and work effectively with your project staff, wherever the may be located.
“While Program Director at CNFA, we engaged Kathryn as an independent consultant to support project implementation. During her assignment, she managed multiple priorities simultaneously and delivered high-quality results on time and within budget. She has an incredible capacity to grasp the strategic vision and to execute tactically.”
- Daney Jackson; Chief of Party, Pakistan Agriculture Technology Transfer Activity at Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture
During the final months of implementation, CNFA's $38MM USAID-funded Livestock Marketing Development Project was in need of a consultant who could seamlessly step in to support close-out activities in the field office of Addis Ababa. Kathryn was willing to travel to Addis for a five-month assignment and do just that. In addition to supporting routine administrative close-out activities, Kathryn was tasked with leading the close-out procedures and documentation for our $6MM grant portfolio. Kathryn remained cognizant of CNFA procedures as well as USG compliance. She maintained a positive work ethic and attitude, even during moments of immense pressure. She also exceeded our expectations in liaising with home office staff, field office staff, USAID (the client), vendors and project beneficiaries.
